Possible causes & solutions:
1. aGate IP address changed
Most common cause. Check the aGate IP below and update it in the voltello app. Consider setting a static IP (DHCP reservation) on your router.

2. Network connectivity issue
Ensure both aGate and Voltello LinkPro are on the same local network. Wired Ethernet connection is recommended for reliability.

3. Voltello LinkPro device offline
Check that the Voltello LinkPro device is powered on and the LED indicator is lit.

Open the voltello app → Manually connect to my device, and enter the aGate connection details shown below

Tap Verify Connection below to confirm the connection is established
